Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for making the First Annual Mike Lichtenstein Summer Classic a huge success!
Friday night at York Beach Beer Company was a perfect opportunity for everyone to meet-up with their teammates and friends. Saturday’s Wiffle Ball competition among six teams was first rate, and Saturday night at Lobster in the Rough was awesome; the whole weekend was just as Mike envisioned it - full of fun, music, good company and laughter.
A special thank you to the ball players, volunteers and donors who all played a huge part in making the weekend perfect! We are truly grateful and hope to see you again next year!

Game Highlights:
All the teams came to Maine to win the trophy and anything was possible. In the playoffs the East Coast Bangers and Sunset Magentas each had a plan that they executed well. But in the end it boiled down to two teams: The Koala Ballahz versus the Hobart Reds.
The Hobart Reds emerged victorious and left with the 2025 Mike Lichtenstein Summer Classic trophy! Congratulations to the Hobart Reds and to ALL the teams for a great performance!

Only players will pay a registration fee. All funds raised will go towards sarcoma research or to help another young adult with sarcoma, as Mike wished.
